Coastal Getaways, LLC is a property
management company designed
specifically for the independent owner.
After talking with their neighbors at
Seabrook about the need for the private
owner to be able to rent their house with a
personal touch offered to their guests,
Coastal Getaways was founded in 2006. It
has evolved into representing many
homes and villas for guests to enjoy the
beauty and relaxation of Seabrook and
Kiawah Islands.

Nancy is a former teacher, having taught
for 2 years overseas in Singapore then 16
years in the Upper Arlington school
system in the Columbus, Ohio area. In
1998, the family moved to Charlotte, North
Carolina where she began a career with
United Airlines as a Customer Service
Representative. She enjoys playing tennis,
swimming and being at Seabrook as much
as possible!

Randy has been involved with technology
since he graduated from Ohio University.
He began as a programmer with the Ohio
Dept of Transportation, then was
Technical Manager for Origin in
Columbus, Ohio. He moved into a
technical recruiting role at Nationwide
Insurance. In 1998, he accepted a position
with Wachovia which moved the family to
Charlotte, NC where he is currently a
Recruiting Consultant. He enjoys all
sports, loves the beach, fishing, kayaking,
and has a special place in his heart for
Ohio University, his alma mater.
