Seabrook Island has many homes and cottages that are perfect if you are looking for a standalone properties for your vacation. Some are centrally located close to club amenities and the beaches. Others are tucked in quiet neighborhoods giving you a feel of what life on the island is like for our more permanent residents.
Near Lake House, Equestrian & Tennis Centers
Villages of Seabrook – One of Seabrook’s newest neighborhoods, the Village of Seabrook homes are in a great location. You and your family and friends will be a short bike ride from the Lake House, Seabrook’s Property Owners facility (outdoor/indoor pools/fitness center/playground), the Seabrook Island Club’s Tennis Center, and the Equestrian Center. Bike paths lead to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. North Beach is just 2.3 miles down Seabrook Island Road and the Island House restaurants/bar and golf courses, and the Pelican’s Nest oceanfront dining, Beach Club pools, and arcade are 3.5 miles. There are numerous beach boardwalks along the way. Neighborhood pool.

2271 Seabrook Island Road * – 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath, 2454 sq ft - Pet Friendly – Everything is new. Professionally decorated from top to bottom. Gorgeous kitchen, furnishings, views of Palmetto Lake. Hop on the bike path in the backyard and head to the neighborhood pool or Lake House. Amenity cards to Club included. Trouble with stairs? There is a stair chairlift from the ground level to the 1st floor. These three homes are located in the same neighborhood making them great if you have multiple families coming to Seabrook for a vacation. All have lagoon views and are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by Spanish moss draped trees. They are a short bike ride to the Lake House, Tennis and Equestrian Centers, yet also very convenient to North Beach (2.1 miles) and the Island House restaurants/bar, Beach Club pools, Pelican’s Nest restaurant, Seabrook Shoppe, and the arcade (3.3 miles).

3108 Marshgate Drive - This beautiful 4 bedroom, 5.5. bath home (4266 sq ft) has it all! Features include expansive marsh views, a swimming pool in the backyard, gorgeous decor and amazing architectural details. The bedrooms sleep 8 (K, K, 2-Full, 2-Twin). Each bedroom has a private bath. This home is perfect for vacationing with friends and families. Sleeps 8-10.
3305 Coon Hollow Road – This large 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home works great for two families traveling together. The first level has a large open great room, top-line kitchen, sunroom, dining area, powder room, screened porch, and master bedroom suite. Upstairs there are two additional master bedrooms outfitted with Queen beds. Just outside each is a bath featuring a tub and a shower. The kids will love sharing the bunk room with 2 sets of full bunk beds. There is also a room with a 2-twins with trundles. Bikes, golf views, fire pit, 3 minutes to beach, clubhouse, golf. Sleeps 10.
2480 Cat Tail Pond – 4,445 sq ft home – 4-bedrooms, 3.5 baths on a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood street. Great for grandparents traveling with their families or couples heading to Seabrook for golf or tennis. Overlooking 6th tee box of Crooked Oaks, this home has been professionally decorated and is very warm and welcoming. Great architectural features include hardwood floors, a honey paneled den, a great room with arching windows and soaring ceilings. 2631 Seabrook Island Road – 3 bedroom, 2 bath home centrally located between Seabrook’s great beaches and the Lake area where you’ll find the Lake House, Tennis and Equestrian Centers. 3355 Seabrook Island Road – This is a great 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a swimming pool and spa close to North Beach. Beautifully decorated, bright, open – perfect for a family vacation. Gorgeous decor, upgrades everywhere. Please note that pool/spa are not heated – though our moderate temperatures allow the pool to warm up nicely from the Spring to Fall. (K, Q, F) – Sleeps 6.
2249 Catesby’s Bluff – 5-star home located just steps from Boardwalk #2 and private path to North Beach. 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, and professional decor. Premium property and location. Accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedroom each with a private bath (Q, Q, Q, 2-Sets of Bunks with Twin over Full beds). Sleeps 10.
2251 Catesby’s Bluff - Located just off of Oyster Catcher Court and a short walk to Boardwalk #2. 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with an open floor plan. Large home that accommodates up to 11 guests and features many extras such as bikes, kayaks, carts, and beach chairs. (K, K, 2-Tw /Trundles, Q & F) - Sleeps 11.
2253 Catesby’s Bluff - Large home 5 bedrooms, 4 baths just steps from Boardwalk #2 to North Beach. Nice home for couples traveling together (Q, F, Q, Q, Twin/Trundle). Beach chairs and cart make travel to the beach easy. Sleeps 10.
2278 Oyster Cather Court - Across the street from Boardwalk #2 with amazing marsh views, this home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Extra sitting area with a TV off of the master. Open living room and dining room with plenty of room for 2 families on vacation (Q, Q, F, 2-Tw). Sleeps 8.
3609 Seabrook Island Road - Five bedrooms, 3 bath home overlooking 12th fairway of Ocean Winds. Across the street from the beach and a short walk to Boardwalk #3. (K, Q, Q, 2-Tw, 1-Tw). Great home for a beach vacation. Sleeps 10.
3510 Deer Run - Awesome four bedroom, 3.5-bath home in a peaceful wooded location just 3 minutes to beach, clubhouse, golf, dining. Large living room with dining, fireplace, family room, sunroom, upscale kitchen, and screened porch. The Master is on the 1st floor with a large en suite bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs – one has an adjoining bath; the other two share a hall bath. Sleeps 8.

3752 Seabrook Island Road – This is an amazing 5-star home on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with water views from almost every window. Renovated from top to bottom – gourmet kitchen, open living/dining room, fireplace, screened porch, family room, deck, and stairs to the beach. (K, 2-Q, Q, 2-Tw). Walk to clubhouse, Beach Club pools, golf, dining. Luxury and location. Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday from May 1 to October 31. Sleeps 10.

The first floor has an open floor plan, large sunroom, gourmet kitchen, a master suite and a den that serves as a bedroom (Q sofa bed). The 2nd level has two large bedrooms each with an en suite bath and a loft area with a murphy bed. Lovely decor, great location just 3 minutes to the beach, Clubhouse, golf, pools. Golf views. 3013 Hidden Oak – Great location overlooking the 17th hole on Crooked Oaks, this large home offers sleeping accommodations for 8. The first floor is open and has an open living room, dining room, large kitchen, screened porch, deck, and first floor master bedroom (K). Head upstairs to the three additional bedrooms (K, Q, 2-Tw) all with adjoining baths. Great for families, golfers, friends – super location just 3 minutes to beaches, pools, golf, and dining.
