To the right, the living room is a welcoming place for quiet reading or game playing with wall a mounted HDTV over the fireplace. The family room to the left, has a wall mounted HDTV and cozy seating.  Both rooms have sliding doors that lead to the back decks.  Nestled between the decks is a fantastic screened porch with beautiful coastal marsh views.  

The fully stocked kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and a duo Keurig/12 Cup carafe brewer.  There is a charming breakfast nook with a table, chairs and built in bench.  Sliding doors access the back deck with incredible views to enjoy all day long.  The more formal dining room has seating for 8 with access to the screened porch.  This home has a propane grill for your favorite barbeque recipes.

The first floor also has a full bathroom with walk in shower as well as a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.  The laundry room opens to the outside for the perfect place to drop your beach towels and wipe your sandy feet.  There is an outdoor shower to help rinse off after a day of fun in the sun.

Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor.  Both rooms have queen beds and share access to a full hall bath with tub/shower combination.  There is also a cute cubby room with HDTV that is the perfect little place to hang out for children or teens.

The master suite is on the 3rd level with king bed, HDTV,  en suite bath and access to a private deck overlooking the marsh. The 4th bedroom is just off the master with twin over full bunk bed and trundle.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
