Kick off your flip flops and settle into this roomy 1 bedroom, 2 bath second floor villa. Enjoy spectacular fairway views of Ocean Winds golf course from the deck that spans the back of the villa.
The open floor plan has high ceilings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa and ceiling fan for added comfort. Sliding doors lead to the deck where you’ll love hanging out after a busy day on the beach. Cushioned seating on the deck lends itself to relaxation while you sip your favorite beverage.
The kitchen is fully stocked including both Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers. Granite counters, stainless appliances and a window above the sink to keep things bright are additional highlights. A dining table with seating for 6 is adjacent to the kitchen.
A laundry room with a new washer/dryer (June 2020) and a second full bathroom with walk in shower help to keep up with necessities.
The master bedroom suite is expansive and includes a king bed, twin sleeper chair, ceiling fan and sitting area. The en suite bath has a walk in shower. Another set of sliding doors provide access to the back deck from the master bedroom.
This is a wonderful, bright villa in a popular location. Come enjoy Seabrook Islands’ 3.5 miles of amazing beach. Hop on a bike and ride to the beach club for lunch or take a dip in one of the oceanfront pools. (Seasonal) Whatever your ideal beach/golf/tennis vacation may be, you’ll be off to a great start at 122 High Hammock Villa. There is an electric grill for your use too!

*NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
- Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent. We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
