This bright, 2nd-floor villa is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the best that Seabrook Island has to offer. Just a short 0.6 miles to Boardwalk 9 and you'll be walking on the beach in no time.
The living room area is highlighted by sliding doors and oversized transom windows that emphasize the natural beauty of Seabrook. Take your favorite beverage out to the open deck and watch golfers and wildlife come up the fairway. Comfortable seating is arranged to take advantage of the view and also watch your favorite shows on the HDTV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room with table and seating for 6. A built-in wet bar offers entertaining options. The well-stocked kitchen is galley style and cheery thanks to a side window that lends natural light. Nothing fancy but extremely functional and ready for your favorite recipes.
Head upstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with Queen XL bed and HDTV. The guest bedroom has full bunk beds. Both bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
There is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
This is a pet-friendly property - you're welcome to bring your furry family members. ( 2 dog max.)
**NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
- Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent. We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent! These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
