The owners have also provided a telescope and binoculars for viewing the everchanging wildlife on the marsh.

This villa has two large bedrooms. The master king en-suite bedroom has a HD Smart TV and is located on the second floor. There is a private deck accessed from this room, affording you amazing sunrise views over your morning coffee!  The master bath has a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom  is a wonderful room with a queen bed and triple bunk bed.  This room has access to the hall bath with tiled floors & walls and a rain shower.  The laundry closet has a stacked washer and dryer. The villa has an open front deck with dining table, umbrella, and reclining chairs.

The owners want you to feel at home in their vacation home. They have provided 2 beach chairs and beach toys.  Also there are plenty of games, books & puzzles.  All furnishings in this villa are new. There is private parking under the villa.  Come play on the beautiful beaches and escape to a fabulous retreat with this great villa!

There is a Weber gas grill for your use!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities .

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
