1704 Shelter Cove Villa

Newly renovated beautiful multi-level villa provides views of tidal marsh. Located steps away from many of Seabrook Island's amenities: the Lake House, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Coastal modern farm house designs, new furnishings and original artwork adorn this villa. The sunsets will leave you breathless!! The master bedroom is on the first floor with a new king size bed, a flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The master bath has beautiful glass tile and quartz countertops.  Walk through the master to the bunk bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small porch. The laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer are on this first floor. You will find the second guest bedroom and guest bath six steps up on the next level. This guest bedroom is decorated in teals and blues. You will enjoy a new queen mattress and bedding.

Six steps up is the main living area. The living room has lofted ceilings with fans and LED lighting. Sliders open to the glass enclosed sunroom which overlooks the marsh and tidal creek. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and has a ship lap wrapped island with 6 chairs. There is also a beverage center with a wine cooler and bar. The completely renovated gourmet kitchen has beautiful light grey cabinetry, white quartz counters and ship lapped ceiling. New stainless steel appliances, including a convection microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker and frother, await the chef in you. This level also has a wonderful light filled sunroom off the living area that guests call “the conversation room.” There is a open air deck off the sunroom, great for al fresco dining and sunset evenings. A perfect spot for evening cocktails at the Bistro table! A powder bath is just off the main living area.

When heading out to the beach, you will find 4 beach chairs, 2 camp chairs, 1 child’s chair, a beach wagon, beach toys and games. This property has lots of puzzles, games and cards. Four bicycles are available for use. 

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.


Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

 Amenity cards are included in the rent! These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
