The main living area features comfortable seating, new 50" Roku Smart TV and dining table with seating for 6. The cheery kitchen is adjacent to the living area and full of natural light. The kitchen is well stocked including a combo. Keurig/Regular Brew coffee machine. In addition there is a stacked washer/dryer in unit.
The spacious master bedroom features king bed, 32"HDTV and en suite bath. The bathroom has a single vanity and tiled walk in shower with hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the views from the sliding door leading to the screened porch. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with hall bath access. This second bathroom features single vanity, hair dryer and tub/shower combination.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
