New to Rental Market June 2022!!!!    Come enjoy this spectacular Seabrook Island villa.  You'll love the location, convenient to the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center, Racquet Club and Lake House.  Have you tried pickleball yet?  If not, be sure to visit the Raquet Club and give it a try!   Hop on the bike path and pedal your way to Bohicket Marina for a waterfront bite or to Freshfields Shopping Village for a day of fun.  Just a bit further down Seabrook Island Road brings you to 3.5 miles of magnificent beach to explore and enjoy.  If golf is your game - make sure to book a round on Ocean Winds or Crooked Oaks.  Seabrook Island offers resort style amenities so be sure to grab your flip flops and take in the best that we have to offer. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa is updated with low country marsh views that will take your breath away.  Enjoy an updated, well equipped kitchen and an open floor plan.  The dining area is adjacent to the living room area with a sliding door leading to the screened porch. The living room features comfortable seating and HDTV.  Wifi is included.  The master bedroom has an updated en suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A comfortable queen bed is ready to capture your dreams.  A sliding door provides additional access to the screened porch. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. This room has access to another updated full bath with tub/shower combo. 

The neighborhood pool available with this rental is a special feature. You're sure to appreciate the beautiful setting! Up to (1) dog under 25lbs is welcome. Additional fees apply.

There is an elevator in the building for your convenience.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards to the Club are included in the rent:   oceanfront pools, golf, racquet sports, Pelican's Nest restaurant.  Additional  fees apply to activities.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
 
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
