4This lovely one bedroom one bath is new to the rental program. You will see the most amazing sunsets from the screen porch! The villa is one floor living at its best. Enter this spacious rental and begin to unwind and get into vacation mode! There are bamboo floors throughout and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen has been updated with granite counters, custom cabinets and subway tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances make cooking a breeze. The owner has supplied a Keurig/Regular Brew Coffee Maker. The breakfast counter has four stools for dining. The kitchen is open to the living area so you never miss any of the action. In the great room you have a comfortable couch with a large 65" Roku TV. There is a secondary sitting area with two chairs and a full daybed, for additional sleeping. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. Out on the screen porch you will be amazed by the nature which surrounds you. Native birds can be seen swooping in and out of the marsh. Watch the ever changing tidal water on the marsh. The real magic happens at sunset as the sky lights up before you!!
The bedroom has a large King bed and a 43" Roku TV. Sliding doors lead from the bedroom out to the screen porch. Off the bedroom is the laundry closet, with its stacked full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has been renovated. A large vanity with basined sink has plenty of room for getting ready. The large tiled walk-in shower has a rain head faucet.
The Bay Point Villas have a community dock and kayak platform. A great place to kayak, paddle board or fish. There is also a community pool, with outdoor shower. Shared grilling area and electric car charging spots. The Bay Point Villa complex is gated and private. It sits just outside of Seabrook Island's main gates. You are within easy walking distance to Bohicket Marina, The Equestrian Center, Racquet Center and Lake House. A short car ride or easy bike ride find you at many of Seabrook Island's eight beach boardwalks and main Beach Club area. The Beach Club and Island House are home to our two 18-hole golf courses, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and two ocean front pools.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase for a daily or weekly fee. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
