Beautiful, fully renovated 6-bedroom home with breathtaking distant views of the ocean, marsh, and golf course. Located in the highly sought after North Beach neighborhood, the house is just a short walk to the beach and 5-minute bike ride to the Beach Club. The house itself has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths,  2-car garage, and multiple porches and decks, as well as an in-ground basketball hoop and covered ping pong table. There are four bedrooms on the first floor (1 full, 1 full, 2 twins, and 2 bunk beds) as well as two bathrooms and a large laundry room. The first floor bedrooms have direct access to a large porch and large outdoor shower. The second floor of the home boasts two large bedroom suites, a large living room, a dining room, separate sitting room with pocket doors, and sun-soaked gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook. The TWO spacious bedroom suites each have tray ceilings and custom pocket doors leading to each respective bathroom. Both have tiled showers, custom glass doors, and bathtubs. One bathroom has a jetted MTI air bath and the other has a free-standing tub. The front bedroom has its own access to the front porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances including an induction cooktop, built-in counter-depth refrigerator, convection oven, two sinks, two dishwashers, built-in microwave.  The front porch extends the full width of the home, with beautiful views of the marsh and two twin bed swings! There is also a large screened porch with table seating for at least 10 and easy access to a brand new 3-burner gas grill. Last but not least, there is a rooftop deck perfect for sunsets and early morning coffee with comfortable seating and beautiful distant views of the ocean, golf course, and marsh.

*NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
  • Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent.  We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards to the Club are included in the rent.  These cards give you access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities:  oceanfront pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, horseback riding and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and Fitness Center.  Additional fees are charged for all other activities.  There is a refundable deposit charged per card.  Please note: This home is NOT pet friendly.

Cancellation Policy:
For our larger homes, cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date.  With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
