There is a large 65" HDTV for your entertainment.  The fully stocked kitchen is updated featuring counter top seating and cozy breakfast nook.  Sit and admire the natural beauty of Seabrook in the dining room that is surrounded by windows.  The dining table seats 8 and there is also an adjacent conversation area with a bay window that makes this a fantastic area to gather and relax.  In addition there is a first floor powder room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with 45"  HDTV and en suite bath.  Sliding doors lead out to the back deck.  Two additional bedrooms are upstairs each with king beds and en suite baths.  The 4th guest room has twin bunk beds, en suite bath and HDTV.  This is a fantastic "suite" over the garage with access through the house or a private entrance on the side of the house.  This is a terrific space - perfect for kids to spread out and enjoy reading, gaming and TV access.  

This spectacular home is full of light and is the perfect place to savor the uncompromising natural beauty of Seabrook Island.  A special outdoor feature is the custom patio overlooking the lagoon with propane fire pit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs.  Take advantage of the all that Seabrook Island has to offer.  A few favorites include tennis/pickleball, golf, biking, horseback rides on the beach and 3.5 miles of breathtaking beach to walk and explore.  Kick off  your perfect vacation at

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent.  These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities.  

Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

Cancellation Policy:
For our larger homes, cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date.  With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
