Nestled amid live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, this gorgeous, completely remodeled Chateau by the Green villa is the perfect getaway spot for families and friends. The beach vibe continues throughout this wonderful home. Cheerful yellows and a tiled entry way greet you. The open living room features hardwood floors, French doors leading to the screened porch overlooking the green and an open covered deck with a dining table and gas grill. The living room has comfortable seating surrounding the large HDTV w/cable. The accent fireplace (not available for guest use) adds a nice homey feeling to this room. The dining room has a beautiful farm table that easily seats 6 guests. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The open, fully equipped kitchen allows all to be involved in keeping the “chef” company while cooking. The large kitchen has granite counters and white cabinetry. Other features include stainless steel GE appliances, a wine refrigerator, and well stocked cabinets.
Just off the living area is an updated powder room outfitted with a farm-styled sink and tumbled marble floor. Further down the hall are the three bedrooms and two additional baths. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed overlooking a fireplace and HDTV. There is a stained glass accent window and a door leading to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a large cherry vanity with a granite tile top. The large walk-in tiled shower has an adjustable shower head. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds allowing for up to four guests to sleep in comfort. The armoire holds a TV - great for when the kids want to watch their shows. All the closets are cedar-lined in this home. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a small TV. The hall bath sits between the two bedrooms and has a tub and single vanity. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center are available for purchase. Additional fees are charged for all activities in addition to the fee for the cards.

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
