As you come in from the garage there is a terrific laundry room with a sink, (perfect for rinsing shells) and a full hall bath.  Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a Jack and Jill en suite bath.  The large master bedroom has access to the deck and features a king bed with en suite bath.  A fabulous bonus room with full bath provides additional living space.  There is also a lovely study in case you need a quiet retreat after an active day on the beach.  This home is perfectly located  giving you convenient access to all Seabrook amenities.

Beach towels are provided!  This home has a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig.  TV's are in the living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and bonus room!


*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
 

  • Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
 We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

We offer cancellation insurance if you’d like to purchase it.  7% of the total cost if you cancel due to medical reasons for you and your family.  9.8% of the total cost in order to be able to cancel for any reason, at any time.  If you don’t purchase insurance, the following applies:  If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds.  If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
