There is a laundry room with new washer/dryer on the first floor providing plenty of room to clean up after a full day of fun in the sun.  Step outside the kitchen side door to the private entrance for the FROG, (Finished Room Over Garage).,  This  Bonus Room offers an entire suite complete with King bed has cable tv, twin day bed and full bath.  This is a highly desirable addition that lends itself to many sleeping configurations for family and friends.  NOTE:  It is a separate entrance - outside the house to this room.

*NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
  • Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent.  We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

To top it off, 2633 Seabrook Island Road is perfectly located giving you convenient access to all Seabrook Island amenities. 
 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds.  If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
