Jenkins Point is a special place unto itself.  Nestled among the marsh and tidal creeks, the natural beauty of Seabrook Island surrounds you.  As you drive up to this magnificent home you will appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship and  architecture.  The pool and deck area invite you to stop and leave your troubles behind.  When you ascend the steps to the main entrance you will fall in love with the view.  Enter the home through one of the many custom glass French doors into the light and airy great room.  Settle into the comfortable furnishings for conversation or to watch shows on the large HDTV.  The kitchen and dining room are well integrated with the great room so that everyone can be part of the party.  The kitchen is top notch featuring a Wolf gas range, Subzero refrigerator, ice machine and wine fridge.  Central to it all is a beautiful oversized island with prep sink.  The dining area offers spectacular marsh views and has comfortable seating for 10.  You will feel as if you're living a dream. 

The first floor bedroom has double doors that open into a large, welcoming space with King size bed and en suite bath with large walk in shower and granite topped vanity.  The laundry room is on the first floor making it convenient to clean those wet suits and towels.   Take the stairs to the second living level and you will again be greeted by double glass doors that lead out onto the upper wrap around deck.  Again, the views are breathtaking. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bath with granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.  With two twin bunk beds plus trundles, the 3rd guest bedroom on the left is a dream room for the kids.  The bathroom is en suite with fully tiled walk in shower and granite vanity. 

On the right off the main hall is the entrance to the spacious master suite.  The master bath features a large soaking tub where you can while away the hours as you gaze peacefully out the window toward the marsh.  A large walk in shower, dual granite vanities and separate water closet complete this ample space.  A king sized bed is situated to take advantage of the panoramic views through the multiple glass doors which all open onto the deck.  The large HDTV makes for viewing fit for a king or queen.

The outdoor living space of this magnificent home is a treasure you will want to take full advantage of.  Perfect for relaxing and entertaining, the lower level lanai, with service bar and roll down screens, offers ample space to relax, enjoy refreshments, grill and dine al fresco, play Ping Pong, or watch a game on the TV.  Roll up the screens, and the lanai becomes a covered extension of the pool deck.  You will truly feel as if you have found the most wonderful place on earth as you float across the sparkling water watching the breeze gently rustle through the palm fronds. 

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  This is a NO SMOKING property and no parties or events may be held at the property.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
