What a fantastic home for gathering together with family and friends!  Bright, open floor plan, spacious rooms and marsh front location! You'll love the outdoor living space too with a wonderful front and back porch. The entire house feels like it was built for a relaxed southern lifestyle with soaring ceilings, oversized windows, sliding doors and plenty of room to roam. The great room has a fireplace, high A-frame, ceilings with beams, and floor to ceiling windows that bring the marsh to your back deck!  This room has lovely wood floors, a large TV, and comfortable oversized furniture. The gourmet kitchen and dining area are open to the great room.  The large dining table is the perfect meal gathering spot with seating for 10.  The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream.  A large island with four stools is the centerpiece of the kitchen. Granite countertops, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and double oven make meal preparation a breeze.  Off the kitchen you will find the sun room.  A wall of windows and sliders leading to the deck let in loads of natural light.  This room is the perfect spot for evening cocktails, family game time, or curling up with a great book! There is a powder bath and large laundry room on the first floor.

There are three large bedrooms and two sleeping nooks. The renovated master suite is located on the first floor. Dream the night away in the comfortable king bed. A den/office is off the master sleeping area. This room has a ceiling fan built-in book cases & desk. The en-suite has granite vanity with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and large tiled walk-in shower.  Head upstairs to the guest bedrooms. You will find the first en-suite guest bedroom with a welcoming king bed, television and big windows. This large room has a private bath with walk-in shower and a small bonus room with a full bed and 1 twin bed. A second guest bedroom has a queen bed and television. A second floor nook has set of twin bunk beds.  Both of the sleeping areas share a large hall bath with a tub/shower combo. 

The owners have provided outstanding outdoor amenities. A large firepit with Adirondack chairs makes the perfect spot for an evening marshmallow roast.  There is a gas grill, beach chairs and outdoor shower. Take the kids to the crab docks and try your luck.

* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 
  • Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
