Back inside, two guest bedrooms, (one with a king bed and the other a queen), a full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor.  Two additional guest bedrooms are upstairs.  The first room has a king bed with 2 twin singles.  The second room has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a trundle as well as 1 twin single bed with trundle. Both upstairs bedrooms share a large hall access bath with double vanity.

This home is located close to the bike/walking path that would take you to Bohicket Marina and on into Freshfields shopping village.  This location is also a short distance to the lake house, tennis/pickleball courts and equestrian center.  When you're ready to hit the beach you are just a short bike or car ride away from access to North Beach at Boardwalk 1 or Pelican Beach at Boardwalk 9.  Have fun exploring all of the unique qualities that make Seabrook Island so special, including 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental rate.  These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.   

This home welcomes up to (1) pet. Additional pet fees apply.


Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
