Oversized sliding doors lead out to a magnificent screened porch spanning the back of the home. Comfortable chairs invite you to relax and take in the natural beauty of Seabrook Island that surrounds you. An outdoor dining table with seating for 10 is the perfect place to enjoy the views while dining al fresco. An additional 20'x17' open deck expands the outdoor living space and includes a propane grill, picnic table and additional lounge seating. An outdoor shower is also available to wash off the sand.
The chefs kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and island seating for 6. Enjoy your favorite morning shows via the 24" counter top ROKU television A coffee bar adjacent to the kitchen features 14 cup coffee maker, beverage fridge and sink. The dining room table comfortably seats 10 with access to the screened porch.
The first floor master bedroom features a king bed, 55" wall mounted HDTV and access to the screened porch. The en suite master bath highlights include double quartz vanity, tiled walk in shower, soaking tub and separate water closet. In addition there is a 24" television in the master bath.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the laundry room with full size Maytag washer/dryer. There is also a half bath powder room on the first floor.
Should you need a quiet place for work, reading or reflection, you can escape to the cozy study with couch, chair and desk. Wi fi is included.
All four guest bedrooms are on the second floor of this stunning home. The first guest room features a king bed.. An en suite Jack and Jill bath separates this room from the 2nd guest room. The shared bath features double vanity and tiled walk in shower. The adjoining bedroom is sure to be a favorite with built in bunk beds each with their own cubby and USB charging outlets. The bunk configuration is as follows: 2 Twins over 2 Full beds. This room also has a 43" HDTV. Just down the hall the 3rd guest room features another king bed with en suite bath. This bathroom features single vanity and tiled walk in shower. The final guest bedroom features another king bed with a TV and en suite bath. The bathroom has a single vanity with walk in tiled shower. All full baths include hair dryers for your convenience.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
