New to our rental program! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a true Low Country charmer. The home is centrally located, giving you easy access to many of the island's amenities! Nestled in between large Spanish draped oaks and native Palmetto trees, the Southern breezes blow through.  Just a short bike ride away from North Beach and the gently rolling waves. All of Seabrook Island's amenities are within your reach: the Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican's Nest restaurants, and the Club's two championship golf courses.  Stop on the way at Pelican Beach to watch the sun set over the waters of the Edisto River.  So close to the Lake House where you can soak in the sun's rays at the outdoor pool or use the fitness/indoor pool facilities (fees apply) or play tennis on the Club's 15 Har-Tru courts.  This is a great house for golfers to stay in - lots of space to relax and enjoy the 19th hole!

Head up the front steps to the large welcoming front porch. Sip your morning coffee in an Adirondack chair and watch the day on Seabrook Island unfold. Or curl up on the chaise in the afternoon and catch a quick nap!  You can access the screen porch from here, making a nice flow around the exterior.  The front entry invites you to kick off your shoes and let the stress float away. The first floor main living areas have wood floors. A welcoming living room has large windows looking out onto the front porch. Plenty of over-stuffed comfortable seating including a queen sofa sleeper. Gather with the family and plan the day out, beach? pool? golf? tennis? A 50" Smart TV makes it easy to watch one of your favorites.  The kitchen and dining area are off the living room. Fully stocked with custom cabinets and granite counter tops.  The owners have service for 12, a drip coffee maker, cappuccino maker and electric tea kettle. The dining table has six chairs, but can accommodate 12 (additional chairs found in front closet). Access the screen porch from the dining area. Two separate areas make up this space.  Eat al fresco at the dining table for 6. A ceiling fan keeps you cool on those balmy summer evenings. Also find a seating area, perfect for evening cocktails! 

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms. The master has a king bed, ceiling fan, and 44" Smart TV.  Need, a little quiet time, two reading chairs are in the master. A large private bath has a walk in shower, whirlpool tub and marble topped vanity. The owners have provided an armoire for clothes storage. An additional bedroom with queen bed, 44" Smart TV, large walk-in closet is a perfect spot for guests. The private bath has a tub/shower combo. On the first floor, you will find a half bath and large laundry room with full washer and dryer.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and 42" Smart TV.  The second bedroom has two queen beds and 44" Smart TV. Both bedrooms share the hall bath, equipped with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. 

For weekly rentals or more, a hypo-allergenic dog under 30 lbs is allowed.  There is an additional pet fee charged.

Outdoors you will find a handy outdoor shower to wash away the days beach sand. The owners have supplied propane gas grill and beach chairs for you to use. The covered overhang is the perfect spot to stash your rental bikes. We are ready for you to create some wonderful vacation memories! 

*NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 
Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
  • Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent.  We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
