This very beautiful Beach Club Villa is new to our rental program, and one of very few such Villas available for rent. You will see a Villa decorated with great care and attention to detail. Enter the front door and be swept away by the view in front of you! Plantation shuttered windows slide open in the Great Room offering panoramic views of the coastline, ocean and the distant island of Deveaux Bank, a sanctuary for migratory birds. From the private, spacious, full size deck, you will enjoy gorgeous sunset views.

Be welcomed into the open and light filled floor plan with the Great Room and Dining Room flowing into the Kitchen. Beautiful pine floors cover all of the main living spaces. The Dining Room seats six and flows nicely into the main living area. The Living Room has a vaulted ceiling and fan, ample comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and sliding doors leading out to the deck. Don’t forget that ocean view! The Kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, a lovely glass tile backsplash and cabinetry adorned with unique hardware. There is a full supply of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and appliances for your convenience. A large island with seating for four is the perfect spot for conversation and morning coffee with that extra special touch of yet another ocean view! Sliding doors take you out onto the deck for easy serving outside. An umbrella and table for six, high bistro table for two, and propane grill make the perfect picnic spot!

The two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. The front guest bedroom has twin beds, wicker chairs, a walk-in closet and dresser. A wall mounted HDTV, wood floors, and ceiling fan are there for your comfort. The en-suite remodeled bath is fully tiled with a shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and private, beautifully renovated en-suite bath with walk-in shower. For your comfort this room has wood floors, ceiling fan and dressing table. The walk in closet and dresser provide for all of your storage needs. Wake up to stunning ocean views right from your bed.

The laundry room, with full size washer and dryer, as well as a conveniently located 1/2 bath, are also on the first floor.

The second floor is where the very spacious Master Suite is located, complete with private balcony. Transom windows and vaulted ceilings add to the expansive feel. The room has a queen bed, two club chairs, Smart TV, and a puzzle table with extra seating. The lovely renovated bath area is fully tiled with a walk in shower and separate vanity area and walk in closet. Open the sliding doors and step on to your private secluded balcony. Relax in a chaise lounge chair and breath in the salt air. You can catch partial views of the ocean and be lulled to sleep on a quiet night to the gentle waves hitting the beach.

You are steps away from many of Seabrook Island's amenities. The Island House, with its two dining rooms and bar and two private golf courses are less than a block from your Villa. Across the street from this beautiful club house is the Beach Club. This venue is home to two ocean front pools, the Pelican Nest restaurant, Osprey Cafe and Captain Sam's poolside grill & bar. The top of the island, about three miles away, is where you will find our racquet club facility, fifteen Har-tru clay tennis courts and four pickle ball courts. The Lake House is also at the top of the island and has a state of the art fitness center, both an indoor and outdoor pool (additional costs to use this indoor facility), basketball court and playground.

Amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club facilities are available for purchase.  The amenity card is required for access to the Island House restaurants and bar, Pelicans Nest restaurant, the beachside pools and the Lake House facility, including its indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center. Additional fees are charged for activities such as golf, tennis, racquetball and horse back riding.

*  Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
