529 Cobby Creek Lane has brand has gone through extensive renovations, upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living space. New owner doing additional renovations and new furniture!!!  New photos will come once it's completed!!  We’ve added an additional bathroom and bedroom to the loft level for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 8 comfortably. Just a short ride or walk from the beach, pools and clubhouse.  BLDG 529 is a stand alone cottage within the Seabrook Island Community. This spacious Tarpon Pond home is in a great location.  Just 1.2 miles from the Seabrook Island Club's oceanside pools, dining, golf and beaches, it is an easy bike ride to enjoy these fine amenities.  Nestled under shady oak trees, it is in a peaceful neighborhood.  

The lovely cottage is very comfortably decorated.  It has Pergo flooring throughout - perfect for a beach home.  The family room has plenty of inviting seating with a new large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the dining area that offers seating at the table for 8.  Additional seating for 6 is on the screened in porch.  There are three bedrooms on the first floor.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom.  The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and TV.  The third bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed plus a TV. The tv in this bedroom is in the closet.  There is a full bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as a front load washer and dryer in the hallway.  The upstairs loft serves as the 4th bedroom with a queen bed with a 3rd full bathroom off the loft with a shower. There is an additional room upstairs which can be used for watching TV. 

There is cable in the living, master and porch areas.  The other rooms have streaming available.

All linens and towels (we do ask you to bring your own beach towels) are provided for your use. 

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

 

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
