Coastal Getaways, LLC is the largest Seabrook Island-based rental management company for the independent owner in the Seabrook Island rental market.  We offer exceptional services not only to guests, but also to our property owners. As vacation property owners ourselves, we are aware of the challenges in finding a good vacation rental management company. We pride ourselves on offering honest and professional personal service to both our owners and our rental guests. Utilizing on-line tools to market your home

  • Set-up your home on vacation rental websites including Coastal Getaways of South Carolina, VRBO, Airbnb, Tripadvisor and any others that we agree to list.
  • Update website descriptions, photos, and pricing as needed
  • Post regularly to various social media outlets.

Market your property to potential guests

  • Quickly respond to guest inquiries.
  • Highlight your home’s best features.
  • Accurately describe your property to potential guest
  • Present your home if it fits the criteria defined by a potential guest.
  • Gather feedback from guests and post reviews to websites.

Interact with your property management company

  • Coordinate all cleanings with your chosen property management company.
  • Appropriately address maintenance issues when informed by guests.

Guest Services

  • Manage all aspects of rentals including inquiries, quotes, contracts, rental collections, gate passes, amenity cards, thank you’s, and follow-up surveys.
  • Be available to answer questions from guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests from the initial inquiry to the follow-up after departure.

Owner Relations

  • Provide secure on-line access to your property account information allowing you to keep up-to-date with your home’s status. Through the Owner’s portal, the homeowner can check reservations, view statements, make reservations, review maintenance issues, guest feedback, and property and owner details.
  • Communicate regularly with owners.
  • Collect and disburse rentals, fees, and taxes.
