This villa has two large bedrooms. The master is a king en-suite bedroom and is located on the second floor. There is a private deck accessed from this room, affording you amazing sunrise views over your morning coffee!  The master bath has a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom  is a wonderful room with a queen bed and triple bunk bed. This room has access to the hall bath with tiled floors & walls and a rain shower.  The laundry closet has a stacked washer and dryer. The villa has an open front deck with dining table, umbrella, and reclining chairs.

The owners want you to feel at home in their vacation home. They have provided 2 beach chairs and beach toys.  Also there are plenty of games, books & puzzles.  All furnishings in this villa are new. There is private parking under the villa.  Come play on the beautiful beaches and escape to a fabulous retreat with this great villa!

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club can be purchased. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This three level low country home is centrally located on Seabrook Island making it easy to access all of our island's fantastic amenities.  Located along the tidal marsh and under the cool shade of live oaks draped with Spanish moss this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is perfectly situated for a peaceful and restful vacation. Bring your family, bring your dog, and be ready to relax and shake off the stress of life! You will be a short bike ride away from North Beach and the gently rolling waves. All of Seabrook Island's amenities are within your reach: the Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican's Nest restaurants, and the Club's two championship golf courses.  Stop on the way at Pelican Beach to watch the sun set over the waters of the Edisto River.  So close to the Lake House where you can soak in the sun's rays at the outdoor pool or use the fitness/indoor pool facilities (fees apply) or play tennis on the Club's 15 Har-Tru courts.

The large front porch invites you to relax in the rockers under the fans. a perfect shady spot to escape the heat of summer.  Enter and be impressed with the wooden plank and terra cotta tiled flooring. The great room has a large sectional sofa and 60" TV plus an additional seating area overlooking the marsh. The dining room is the perfect family meal gathering spot. A large table with seating for 10 fits everyone. The updated kitchen and butler pantry will make an impression on a picky chef!!  Head out to the screen porch for evening quiet time to watch deer feed in the marsh and listen to the magical sounds of Seabrook Island's wildlife. The first floor also has a laundry area and powder bath.

Head upstairs to the bedroom area.  The large master en-suite has a king bed 43" TV, and updated bath with ship lap walls and walk-in tiled shower. A second guest en-suite bedroom has a queen bed, 43" TV and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom with queen bed and fourth bedroom with two twins share a Jack n' Jill bath. This renovated bath has a tiled walk-in shower.

The finished attic in this home adds additional sleeping space and secondary living space.  A perfect kids getaway spot! There are two full beds, 1 twin bed and a futon.

The large two car garage/basement area has plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and a beach wagon. Ample supplies to help you enjoy both of Seabrook Island's beaches. The backyard has a gas grill and large area with Adirondack like chairs. The owners are anxious for you to discover their home away from home, Coco's Hideaway, and the magical beauty of Seabrook island!
