173 High Hammock is a first floor villa allowing easy entry. The villa features a sandy colored tile , and a remodeled kitchen. The open living area gets plenty of light through the sliding doors leading to a covered patio overlooking the 8th hole and green of Ocean Winds. Settle into the sectional sofa (opens to a queen sofa bed) to watch a show or movie on the HDTV or DVD. Play your music on the iPad docking stereo. The dining area and kitchen are just steps away. Share stories from your day around the table for four. The kitchen has been opened up to the living area and has been beautifully updated. Quality cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked cabinets are highlights. Off the entry hall is a full bath with a shower. The laundry room holds a full sized washer/dryer for your use. There is also a nook with a desk for your computer. 

Down the hall are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors to the patio where you can relax on the chairs while sipping your morning coffee under the shade. The armoire and closet offer ample storage for your clothing. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and adjoining bathroom. The large bathroom has a double sink, tile flooring and a shower/tub. This home has many extras including beach chairs, a beach folding table, wheeled cooler and chair umbrellas! There is an electric grill on the back patio for barbecuing the perfect steak!

This lovely villa is also very conveniently located on the island. It is about .6 miles walk to Pelican Beach and 1 mile to the Beach Club pools, Island House/Pelican's Nest dining, and golf. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

This villa is also pet friendly! If you are traveling with your dog, there is an additional pet fee.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
