The front door enters into an open foyer with carpeted stairs to the second floor on your immediate right. Straight ahead you are greeted by the expansive views through panoramic windows that span the great room at the back of the home. The great room has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and plenty of seating options, including 2 couches facing the 60" HDTV and 2 chairs positioned toward the deck and marsh views. Adjacent to the great room is the open dining room with table and chairs for 8.
The sun-room is accessed from the great room and dining room. This cheery room features a table with seating for 4 that is perfect for playing games or doing puzzles. A couch and chair provide additional cozy seating. Just outside the sun room is the fantastic deck which runs along the side and back of the house. There is a propane grill for your BBQing needs.
An al fresco dining table for 4 and lounge seating for 6 will come in handy as you relax into the Seabrook Island lifestyle.
The pleasant kitchen is fully stocked including a 6 cup drip coffee pot and Keurig, toaster and blender. There is also a breadmaker, waffle maker and Foreman Grill for your convenience. A morning nook table with 4 chairs in the kitchen take full advantage of the views from the sliding door to the rear deck. A full size washer and dryer is in the utility room on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen as well as a half bath.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen bed, en suite bath with double vanity and walk in closet. The sliding doors to a private deck with seating for 2 are a special feature of this comfortable room.
Upstairs there is a loft area open to below with a bedroom on each side. The first guest room has a double bed, high ceiling, and en suite bath with tub/shower. Just across the loft, the second guest bedroom has 2 double beds, one of which is extra long. This room also has high ceilings, en suite bath with tub/shower and walk in closet. Note: There is a shuttered window opening to the great room below.
The owners have provided a beach wagon, 5 beach chairs, and 7 adult bikes for your use. This serene mid island location is perfect for biking to the lake house, Racquet Club or Freshfield's Village. It is close to the crabbing dock and kayak launch.
Just down the road is your access to the many boardwalks leading to Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of breathtaking beach.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the price of the rental. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
