Backing to the 17th fairway of Crooked Oaks, you can sit on the deck and watch the golfers navigate this great hole. Hop on your bike and ride to nearby Pelican Beach, or continue down the road to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest, clubhouse and two championship golf courses.
This spacious home has a large living room great for gathering with your guests. The formal dining area offers seating for all your guests around the table for eight. Off the living room is the well stocked and roomy kitchen featuring Corian counters, new refrigerator and dishwasher, and everything you'll need to create simple or gourmet meals. For breakfast and lunch, dine around the table for six. There is additional seating for three at the counter. Step into the sunroom where there is a large HDTV w/ DVD and views to the fairway beyond. Sliding doors lead to a deck featuring a high table for four, rockers, and chaise lounges. The retractable awning provides shade during the heat of the day. Barbecue on the propane grill also located on the deck. There is also a first floor den with a flat screen TV offering space for the kids to watch their shows in their own space.
This home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and four full baths. The roomy first floor master bedroom has a king bed with a quality Sleep Number mattress. Recline in the chairs while watching shows or movies on the wall mounted HDTV with a DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the back deck. The spacious en suite bath has a large glass enclosed shower and a jacuzzi tub for soaking. The vanity has two sinks. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a TV with DVD player in this room also. Step to the hall to the full bath with a shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It has a very comfortable king bed, TV, and adjoining bathroom. The bath has a shower/tub for your use. This oversized room also has a seating area where you can relax with a good book. Up another half flight of stairs is a large bedroom with a king bed and TV behind a decorative screen for privacy, as well as a set of twin bunk beds, an oversized chair that converts to a twin bed, a sofa and large flat screen TV. A full bath with shower is next door.
This home also has a chair lift from the garage to the first level making it handicap accessible. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower with safety bars.
After coming home from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. This home is in a great location and perfect for golfers and families and friends looking to come for a visit.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
