After a full day of fun at the beach, you'll be happy to rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. A welcoming outdoor entry provides the perfect place to drop and store your beach gear. A tiled entry foyer leads to a guest bedroom with queen bed, HDTV and full size washer/dryer access. On this first level there is also an adorable play room complete with TV, PlayStation, and giant, colorful bean bag chairs-the perfect haven for kids to have their own space.
Upstairs, beautiful windows brighten the main level, The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a flex brew coffee maker that can brew a single k-cup or a full pot of coffee. Enjoy yourself on the open deck or head to the screened porch on this level to enjoy the spectacular views and the ocean breezes. The elevated dining room is surrounded by windows that make you feel as though you're sitting in a tree house. There is a dining table with seating for 8. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a unique center island with 4 bar stools that is open to the living room area. Comfortable seating and large HDTV make the living room the perfect place to relax in this coastal sanctuary. A wall of windows highlight the beauty of Seabrook Island with access to the outdoor deck and screened porch.
The master bedroom on this level also has access to the screened porch. The master has a king bed with en suite bath and HDTV. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this level that share a large, full bath. One guest room has a queen bed and the other a set of twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have new furnishings and HDTV's.
Upstairs on the 3rd level you'll find an open loft area that features an extra living/ sleeping area. The family room area has a vaulted ceiling and cozy seating with HDTV. This would be a wonderful place to read or play games. A wall divider separates the sleeping area with an additional king bed and access to the upper deck. There is also a half bath on this level.

Amenity cards to the Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants, golf, tennis, horseback riding and the Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center. No fees are charged for outdoor pool usage. Additional fees are charged for all other activities.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
