This home features an open living/dining room and kitchen area with granite counter tops, hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms. Overlooking the 15th green of Crooked Oaks golf course, you can watch the golfers swing their clubs and spot Seabrook's wildlife from the screened porch or the upstairs open deck. This home is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the Beach Club pools, Pelican Beach, clubhouse, and golf courses.
The open living area has a fireplace with a large flat screen HDTV mounted over. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sun room offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. The wall of windows overlook the golf course and natural landscape. The dining area has a large table that seats 10. There is additional seating at the kitchen island for 2. The kitchen features granite counters, a gas cooktop, subzero refrigerator and a wine refrigerator. Off the entry hall is a powder room with a pedestal sink. Step through the doors in either the sun room or living room to the screened porch where you can cook on the gas grill and and dine around the table for six.
There are four large bedrooms in this home. The first floor master suite has a king bed, HDTV, en suite bath with access to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. Head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms and den. At the top of the stairway is a den with a flat screen HDTV and sofa that opens to a queen bed. This great retreat is perfect for the kids. The second bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, a nook with seating and access to a full bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, HDTV, deck access and access to a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, a nook with seating, deck access and access to a full bathroom.
*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This home has many extras including a gas grill, an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer on the first and second floor! If you are traveling with your dog to this Pet Friendly home, an additional pet fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
