Coastal Getaways of South Carolina, LLC is the largest Seabrook Island-based rental management company. We offer exceptional services not only to guests, but also to our property owners. The business started in 2006 when Nancy and Randy Buck, then Sealoft owners, were talking at a party with neighbors about the difficulty in managing their rentals. Everyone was overwhelmed with the time and expertise required to rent their properties through VRBO or other agencies who did not understand Seabrook Island. One neighbor asked Nancy to handle her rentals, and then another, and Coastal Getaways of SC was founded.

Since then, Coastal Getaways has continued to grow. We pride ourselves on offering honest and professional personal service to both our owners and our rental guests. The entire staff lives on Seabrook Island. We live next to our owners and our rental guests. We eat at the same restaurants, play the same golf courses, and workout at the same fitness center. We know Seabrook Island and we share our knowledge. Because we live here, we also understand our rental market. We are very familiar with our properties and try to provide accurate descriptions of each home and the Island to our guests so their expectations are met.

Seabrook Island has amazing beaches, homes, and amenities but understanding the nuances of how they all work can be confusing. There are amenity cards and gate passes, Club amenities and Lake House facilities. For this reason, all our on-line bookings are approved by us. Through phone and email conversation, we develop relationships with our guests. These personal relationships not only ensure that our guest have a fabulous Seabrook experience but allows our owners peace of mind that their rentals guests are caring for their homes.
