Must have a valid drivers license to operate on Seabrook Island. Golf carts are not allowed on Seabrook Island roads. Low Voltage Vehicles are allowed. They must have a license plate, seatbelts, rear view mirrors, tail lights, and must travel 35 mph. Please reach out to Seabrook Island Property Owners Association if you have any questions.
