Enjoy the shiplap high ceilings, vinyl plank floors, and coastal decor throughout the main living area. The galley kitchen has stainless appliances, tile backsplash and granite countertops. A cook's delight! The great room is anchored by the large dining table, comfortably seating 8. The living room area has comfortable chairs and a couch, A perfect spot for conversation or reading that book you love. There is an adorable rolling bar cart - where do you want to serve cocktails tonight?? The back half of the cottage is a large sunroom. Here you will find a comfortable area for TV watching. Also a dining table for meals or game night! A grilling deck is off the sunroom. The laundry closet has full size washer and dryer.
There are three bedrooms, all newly renovated! The master en-suite has a king bed, French doors to the Sun Porch, a HDTV and renovated bath with tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the cottage you will find the two guest bedrooms, both have queen beds and share the roomy hall bath. One guest room has French doors to a small deck, perfect sunny spot for morning coffee!
The carport patio is a great escape. Here you will find a relaxing sitting area and the outdoor shower. A perfect spot to wash away the sand from the beach. The owners have 4 beach chairs for your use.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent!. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
This property is not pet friendly. There is a ring doorbell at the front door.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
