Inside you will be welcomed by high ceilings and bright beachy decor, with a direct view of the water, making this villa easy to settle into. The villa features a spacious bedroom and two bathrooms, and a living room sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath, offering a restful retreat at the end of the day. A full hall bath adds extra convenience, while the well-designed living area includes comfortable seating where you can relax, watch TV, or simply take in the peaceful island atmosphere. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the spectacular views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony, where the sound of the waves creates a soothing backdrop. No Allowed Pets

Pelican Watch regime does not allow LSV rentals.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is NOT AVAILABLE in this rental. Only Lake House Access to the outdoor pool is available at no additional cost.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases when you arrange with the Amenity Office.  Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter Lake House facilities.

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes & Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
