This spacious two-bedroom villa sleeps 5 comfortably and is located on a beautiful private barrier island in the heart of the South Carolina's lowcountry. This villa offers a rare view across acres of pristine marshland all the way to the breaking waves of the ocean. Wake up to the view of egrets and herons roosting in trees below your private deck, and watch dolphins in Captain Sam’s Creek from the amazing year-round Sunroom. 

This lovely multi-level villa with covered private parking is so thoughtfully appointed you may never want to leave it. The stunning view at the top of the stairs highlights the Sunroom which is the best feature of this entire home! A comfortable couch with two swivel chairs make for settling in for super relaxation, napping, enjoying an evening glass of wine - you will never leave this room! The light-filled, open kitchen is fully equipped, ready to cook. The dining room table comfortably seats 6, and the living area has a  65" 4K Smart TV featuring streaming services such as HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, HULU, Paramount+, Peacock, YouTubeTV, Spotify, and iHeartRadio.  The bright picture makes for great TV viewing, watching sports, and gaming in the bring living room.  A strong wi-fi signal throughout will make you feel right at home. Downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Twin for additional sleeping accommodations.  The Master Bedroom opens to a partially covered deck that seats 6, with a table and chairs ready for breakfast coffee and afternoon snacks, along with 2 lounge chairs ready for reading or napping.  A washer and dryer make doing laundry easy as you transition from the beach to home, and all linens are included. The Creekwatch neighborhood has a community pool with a lounging deck, situated to enjoy the marsh views, the crabbing dock and the kayak launching point - all located just steps from the front door.  

A few minutes away you will find 3 ½ miles of uncrowded sparkling white beach that the Travel Channel designated one of the top ten beaches in America. Seabrook is a natural wildlife preserve, where you can observe many species in their natural habitat including dolphins, loggerhead turtles, deer, and many species of marsh water fowl, from the neighborhood, beaches, and from this private Villa!

This is a dog friendly villa (2 dogs max.); an additional pet fee will be added per dog.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
