Not only is it beautiful, it is in one of the best locations on Seabrook. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and ocean views from the deck of this delightful first floor Pelican Watch Villa. Walk out the back door to the beach. This is a great villa for a romantic getaway or vacation for a small family. Relax in the large living room with views to the water and beach beyond. Soft grays coat the walls, and accents of aqua and green bring the outside in. The bamboo flooring adds to the clean, warm look. The dark wood dining room table and warm upholstered chairs invite you to share stories of the day on the beach. The living room has new furnishings. The sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed, and the armoire has a new flat TV, and there is WiFi internet hook up for your computer. The kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and a unique granite countertop. There is a washer/dryer too. Just down the hall is a full bath with a shower, granite counter, and an oversized vanity.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV and adjoining full bath. There is a desk perfect for your computer. The bamboo flooring continues through this room as does the gray color palette. This is a peaceful haven. The en suite bath is gorgeous. The bathroom is fun -- great colors, spacious, modern and welcoming.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

This is a dog friendly villa for (1) dog. An additional pet fee to apply. No cats or other animals are permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance
