This first floor villa has been recently renovated and is one of the few Seabrook properties with a true beachfront view and is great for a couple looking for an island retreat! Sitting on the Edisto River with views to the Atlantic Ocean, you will be treated to gorgeous water vistas.
Walk in and immediately on the left is the king-sized bedroom with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a flat screen TV with cable. Wi-fi throughout the villa enables you to use your computer at the bedrooms’ window nook desk. Further down the hallway is a second newly renovated full bathroom with shower.
The main living area includes plenty of seating. A wide and extended bar with tall bar stools provides the perfect view over the living area to the outside dunes and Edisto River/Atlantic Ocean. There is a flat screen TV with cable for your entertainment. There is also another desk for your computer. The living area is all tastefully decorated in bright, warm colors, providing a beach feel. A fully equipped, galley kitchen lies adjacent and is open to the main area and dune/river-ocean view. This well stocked kitchen has coffee, Keurig and espresso machines in addition to blenders. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet.
Head out the sliding doors to the porch overlooking the protected dunes on Pelican Beach, the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy coffee and drinks around the round table that seats four. Relax while watching the stunning sunsets over the sea, thanks to the west-facing position of that side of the island. Want to take advantage of the beach? Take the stairs off the porch and walk down the boardwalk to Pelican Beach. You are just steps from putting your toes in the sand and water. There are three sand chairs, a beach umbrella and Beach Comber Max wagon for your use.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (a.k.a. SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
- A MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 2 GATE PASSES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS PROPERTY
- Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
* Amenity cards, which are included in your rent, give you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club. This includes access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Up to (2) dogs are welcome! If “man’s and/or woman’s best friend(s)” is coming, an additional pet fee(s) is added. If you forget their bowls – no worries, there are extra food and water bowls in addition to “doggie towels”.
This villa is terrific for a Seabrook vacation. So close to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, access to all the Seabrook Island Club offers, and a lovely villa too!
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
