Not only is the villa pristine having just been totally remodeled and redecorated, but it also has incredible panoramic views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Relax with a cool drink around the deck table while watching the sky change to bright orange as the sun sets over the Edisto River. Sit under the umbrella with a good book as shrimp boats and sailboats amble by. Walk down the back stairs off the deck to the boardwalk leading to the quiet, calm beach directly in front of this lovely villa. This Pelican Watch is just a short walk to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront dining, clubhouse and golf courses. This villa has it all!
1306 Pelican Watch has been totally updated. Upgrades include new living room furniture, hardwood flooring in the living room It has been newly repainted and features professional decorating touches throughout. Whimsical art greets you when you enter this lovely villa. The living area has high ceilings and sliding doors allowing water views from every vantage point. The new comfortable furnishings invite you and your family and friends to sit back and relax. The sofa opens into a queen sized bed for extra guests. A large HDTV with a DVD and VCR and books and games are available for your entertainment. Gather around the wicker dining table (seats four) and recount your day's activities while enjoying dinner. The kitchen has whitewashed wainscot cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances and is stocked with all you need for vacation cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry closet for your use.
Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. New linens and lovely furnishings make this a very comfortable retreat. There is a large HDTV perfect for viewing your favorite morning show and a comfy chair perfect for relaxing with a good book. The en suite bath has a large vanity with a granite countertop and shower/tub. Linens and bath towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.
You will love spending time on the outside deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a short boardwalk off the deck that leads to Pelican Beach. This beautiful beach features softly lapping waves and a lovely natural landscape. 1306 Pelican Watch is also located very close to the Seabrook Island Club beach area facilities.

- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools, however, there is a 5$ towel fee. You are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
