As another busy season gets underway , we wanted to let you know of more upgrades! All blinds in bedroom have been replaced with new 2-inch faux wood blinds. Upholstery and rugs have been professionally cleaned.
Also, more decor has been added throughout the villa. There are new kitchen appliances, along with cookware to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
2020 NEW OWNERS, NEWLY RENOVATED, WATER FRONT!
Wake up to the comforts of home with the most amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, Edisto River, and beach. Watch the shrimp boats leave out in the early morning then returning with their catch of the day all from your waterfront deck.
New owners and newly renovated Fall 2020. Walk into low country shiplap and soothing Chantilly Lace walls. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath villa has been renovated to feel more like a home instead of a vacation rental.
The master bedroom features a new king size bed along with a new plush mattress. The owners have added a workspace featuring a modern desk , white leather chair with relaxing views of live oaks and nature as you get in a few emails or create your market shopping list. The bedroom also has a 32" HDTV w/Netflix and a DVD player. Ladies don't worry about packing your make up mirror, the master bath has an added one on the wall.
Love the ocean? Well you will see the waves in the stunning new blue granite countertops in the kitchen. The owners love to cook and this remodeled kitchen reflects just that, new stainless appliances throughout, new cookware, with added open stainless shelves in dining area where you will find all the serving pieces needed for an evening of entertaining. Extra attention for additional pantry storage for all your grocery items will be found in kitchen pantry. Can't decide between Keurig and regular brew…you have both here. The counter height dining table seats 2 comfortably with 2 additional seating areas at the island. Mixologist in family? Enjoy the wicker bar set up along with a wine fridge for the oenophile.
The adjacent living room area features a new queen sleeper sofa, and a 55" Smart HDTV. This room is bright and opens to the covered deck which has been made to be one of the most comfortable seating areas in the villa. The new patio table has cushioned chairs, pillows, and an inflatable ottoman to match. An outdoor blue rug with ripples of waves in the pattern will be bringing the ocean to your feet.
A new stacked washer/dryer is also available in the villa for your convenience. This villa is soon to be one of the hottest at Pelican Watch and will keep you coming back for more as the owners visit often and regularly make new additions.
You will want to spend as much time as possible on the deck soaking up the coastal scenery as this villa has one of the widest views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean beyond. Steps leading down from the deck take you to the boardwalk with direct beach access and 3.5 miles of beach to explore.
For any Reservation booked after May 17, 2023 - no pets are allowed.

*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase . These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, tennis, and equestrian center. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness center. Additional fees are charged for all activities.
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
