After a day at the beach/pool, biking, golfing and or playing tennis - enjoy the sunset on your own private upstairs deck overlooking the marsh.  Drop a line at the crabbing dock or rent a kayak and launch a tidal creek adventure.  If you're heading to the beach the owners have provided chairs, a beach umbrella and wagon.

You'll be delighted by the open, bright living space with plenty of cozy seating, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan.  A wall of windows frames the beauty of Seabrook Island beyond. Watch the wildlife that is so prevalent throughout Seabrook come and go. 
There are two bedrooms on the first level with updated en suite baths.  The queen room has a 40" HDTV and access to a private deck with incredible views. The king room also has a 40" HDTV, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan.
Upstairs there is an adorable open loft bedroom with 2 twin beds, 40" HDTV,  vaulted ceiling and access to another private deck.   

The sunny kitchen is updated and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and Keurig coffee maker.  Chat with family and friends while you cook. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with table and seating for 6. The entire villa is cheerful and bright and waiting for you to enjoy.   Take your meal outside and dine al fresco on the deck.  There is also a propane grill for your BBQ delights.  This is such a charming villa, close to so many of Seabrook Islands' favorite amenities that you'll want to explore them all.  As a bonus, this property is a 1 dog property friendly (no exceptions).   Pet fees apply.

*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent.  These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
