Welcome to this bright, 2nd-floor villa! It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the best that Seabrook Island has to offer. Just a short 0.6 miles to Boardwalk 9 and you'll be walking on the beach in no time. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with lots of natural light. Vaulted ceilings make this open floor plan property spacious.
The living room area is highlighted by sliding doors which lead out to the deck. Watch the golfers tee off on the 8th hole of Ocean Winds Golf Course. Comfortable seating is arranged to take advantage of the view and also watch your favorite shows on the HDTV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room with table and has seating for four at the round table and two bar stools at the breakfast bar.. A built-in bar offers is the perfect spot to whip up an evening beverage! The well-stocked kitchen opens out to the dining area and the living area. You have custom cherry cabinets and granite counter tops.
The two bedrooms of this villa have comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed and wall-mounted TV. This bedroom has an en-suite bath with large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and sliding doors leading out to the back deck. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the deer frolic on the golf course. There is a full guest bathroom with a stall shower. The villa has a library nook! Grab a book and take it to the beach. In the laundry room is a full size washer and dryer.
Just a short bike ride will have you at the Seabrook Island's 4 miles of private beaches. On the island you have multiple amenities available to you. There are two 18-hole champion golf courses, 15 Har-Tru tennis courts, multiple Pickle Ball courts, and Equestrian Horse Farm where beach and trail rides can be arranged. The Beach Club area has two beach front pools (one for children), and multiple outdoor dining venues. Amenity cards giving you access to all the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase for a daily or weekly fee. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
