This multi level villa features a 1st floor master suite with king bed, ceiling fan and updated en suite bath with tub/shower combination. In addition, there is an adjacent sitting room ideal for reading or working with access to a covered deck. Relax and soak in the views from this wonderful coastal oasis. There is also a washer and dryer on the first level for your convenience.
The second level, (6 steps), finds you at the kitchen/dining areas. Nothing has been overlooked in the tastefully remodeled kitchen. Highlights include custom cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. A pleasant dining area is adjacent with vaulted ceiling and plenty of natural light.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Club Amenity Cards are required to access the Beach Club pools, dining at the Island House, Bohicket Lounge, and Pelican’s Nest, golf on Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, and to play tennis at the Racquet Club. All guests visiting Seabrook Island can use the Equestrian Center.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
