This end unit allows for a fantastic screened porch that is sure to be the highlight of your stay.   Dine outside with your favorite food and beverage or just grab a seat and watch for the dolphins to swim by.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker.  A dining area with seating for six is adjacent to the kitchen and looks out to the water beyond. 

There is a full size washer/dryer in a kitchen closet area for your convenience.

The dining room and living room areas are open to each other.  Sliding doors lead to a fantastic open outdoor deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for your favorite BBQ recipes.  The natural beauty stretches before you as far as the eye can see with iconic views of the best of the South Carolina low country.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, ceiling fan and en suite bath.  The vanity area is separate from the tub/shower room.  
Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor both with incredible water front views of  the marina and all it's splendor.  The first guest room offers a queen bed with en suite bath and the second room has 2 queen beds with  en suite bath.  

This is a dog friendly property for up to (1) dog!  A separate Pet Agreement must be signed and there is a non-refundable Pet Fee applied.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa.  Passes to the Lake House facilities allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Guests also have access to the Equestrian Center.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is approximately .8 mile from the Seabrook Island gate house.  Take advantage of the access to Seabrook Island and explore the 3.5 miles of pristine beaches. You will also have access to the Seabrook Island Lake House with fitness center, library, and indoor/outdoor pools. Additional fees apply.  Grab a bike and ride along the path into Freshfields Village or just stay put and savor the coastal life from this picture perfect condo.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
