This North Beach cottage is perfect for your family's summer vacation.  Located adjacent to Boardwalk #1 which leads to Seabrook's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches, this cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The upstairs of this home has cathedral ceilings, views to the ocean and is beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe.

The North Beach cottages have a reverse floor plan to allow views of the ocean from the main living area upstairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. As you enter the cottage, the first bedroom is on the right and has 2 queen beds, a dresser, a chair and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Further down the hall is the second bathroom that is accessible from the hallway or the second bedroom. This bathroom has a vanity with a granite countertop and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, chair, adjoining bathroom and access to the covered deck with a patio table and chairs for four.  There is a large family room on this floor with a wall of windows to enjoy views of the protected dunes on Seabrook. This family room is a great area for the kids with plenty of seating around the large HDTV, a sofa sleeper, shelves of books and games to keep everyone entertained and access to the lower covered deck. The new washer and dryer is on this floor.

Upstairs is the bright, airy living area with cathedral ceilings, HDTV, plenty of conversational seating and views to the ocean from the open deck.  New sliding glass doors lead to the open deck that has two chaise lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning and a set of wicker chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a cool drink. The updated galley kitchen has pretty white bead board cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for four. There is also a large wet bar in the dining area convenient for mixing your happy hour cocktails. The large beautiful dining table seats six. The 2nd floor master bedroom features high ceilings, another king size bed, HDTV,  and a full en suite bathroom. The master bath features double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a beautiful tiled glass enclosed shower with a sky light.  A set of sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom to the open deck overlooking the wide natural area and ocean beyond. 

*  Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent.  These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club is a mile down Seabrook Island Road from the house. 

Extras include a new gas grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach cart, toys, and boogie boards.  This home is really perfect for multiple couples traveling together, families looking to reunion for a holiday, golf groups heading to the links, or guests who want a great home in a fabulous location!  * No electric carts allowed at this property.
 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
