When you enter you will notice how bright and airy this home is. The entrance hall features high ceilings and a gorgeous chandelier. A bright table stands out against the white lapboard paneling and hewn bamboo flooring. Head into the great room where you are greeted by soaring ceilings with beams and fans, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows offer views from every angle of the lush tropical landscape. There is a 42" HDTV/DVD player set in the shelves to one side of the fireplace. Custom shelves with a marble top grace the other side. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and enjoy the company of those you are traveling with.
Step into the dining area where you can gather for meals around the farm table that seats up to 10. Share stories from your day while dining on a meal created in the huge custom kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened-in porch and deck where you can eat appetizers around the table for 6 while barbecuing on the gas grill. The new kitchen is amazing. A huge center island topped with granite is the centerpiece of this spectacular room. Gorgeous cabinetry, tall windows, and tile line the walls. The kitchen features a stainless vent that goes to the ceiling, stainless appliances, a wine and beverage cooler, and well stocked cabinets. This is the perfect home for entertaining.
There are four bedrooms in this home. A short set of stairs take you up to two bedrooms. They both have king beds and en suite baths and can serve as masters. The 1st bedroom has a king bed, 32" HDTV, and spacious master bathroom with dual sinks and a giant closet. In a separate room is a jetted tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom on this floor also has a king size bed. The room has a 26” flat screen TV and attached full bath with a shower. Down a short flight of stairs are two additional bedrooms. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds accommodating 4 guests and an attached full bathroom with a separate sink area and shower. The fourth bedroom also has two queen beds, an HDTV, and Wii. The adjoining full bath has a tub/shower. The children will especially enjoy this room. There is even a game room with a chess/checker table where they can play. Off the hall on this lower level is a powder room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Boardwalk #2 to North Beach is just down the street, making it a 5 – 7 minute walk to the beach. The Seabrook Island Club is approximately 1 mile down Seabrook Island Road. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Also available is access to the Lake House where you can swim in the two pools (1-outdoor/no fees; 1-indoor/fees apply) or work out in the fitness center (fees apply).
* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities .

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
