On the left, another guest room has a twin daybed with twin trundle, desk with comfortable seating and access to the back deck and outside shower.
The laundry room with full size washer/dryer and sink is on this level - a great place to drop off the sandy clothes when you come in from the beach.
Outside, the covered veranda has a seating area with a ceiling fan for enjoying lazy vacation days. Two steps down takes you to the spacious outdoor deck area complete with a relaxing hammock, propane grill along with outdoor dining table and chairs, and expansive views of the incredible natural beauty unique to Seabrook Island.
Upstairs is open and bright thanks to soaring ceilings and plenty of windows. The beautiful dining room at the top of the stairs has seating for 10 and is adjacent to the kitchen and open to the great room area. The fully stocked kitchen is large with plenty of counter space and a large end island with prep sink and seating for 4. Take your sweet tea out to the fabulous Florida sun room off the kitchen with incredible marsh views and unrivaled evening sunsets! This comfortable, cozy seating area includes a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 chairs and lift top coffee table for eating or easy computer usage. Another dining table with seating for 8 is located in this room--perfect for morning coffee, meals or family games.
The great room has high ceilings with ceiling fan, 2 cozy swivel chairs and a sizable sectional sofa you will want to fall right into while you gaze out at the panoramic scenery. There is a wall mounted HDTV with DVD player available. This is the perfect gathering spot for family and friends with ample room to spread out.
The master suite is on the 2nd level with king bed, en suite bath, built ins, plantation shutters and gorgeous marsh views. There is a 43" HDTV available as well. The guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed with an adjustable base to lift your head, built ins, plantation shutters and updated en suite bath make this a comfy room.
*As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. No large gatherings or parties are allowed. Smoking and pets are not permitted on the property.
This home is ideally located close to the beach club, golf courses and Seabrook Island house. The owners have also provided beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach wagon and 1 pull cart for your ease and enjoyment. There is also a wonderful, private outdoor shower to rinse off your sandy body.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
