2271 Seabrook Island Road has a new owner and they have created a soothing, yet upscale home. Relax on the wicker chairs on the front porch while sipping your morning coffee. Upon entering, you will notice the gleaming hard wood floors, high ceilings, and gorgeous brand new furnishings. The living room is the perfect gathering spot for all your family and friends.Settle into the large sectional sofa and enjoy watching your favorite TV show or DVD on the wall mounted HDTV. Enjoy quiet conversation with your family and friends in this wonderful room.  Gather around the dining room table that seats six for dinner or play games late into the evening. The near-by kitchen features cherry cabinetry, hardwood floors, Corian counters and top line appliances.  Cooking here is easy. The cabinets are well stocked with new dishes, cookware, and small appliances. French doors in the living room and dining room lead to a large screened porch overlooking Palmetto Lake.  Share stores from your day around the wicker table or sit and watch the abundant wildlife around the lake. Off the entry hall is a half bath and laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.  If you'd like to barbecue, there is a gas grill for your use.

There are two master bedrooms in this home. One is on the first floor and has a king bed. This lovely room has plantation shutters and an en suite master bath. The bath has a deep soaking tub, separate tiled shower, and a large vanity. Soak in luxury after a day on the golf course or tennis court. Upstairs, you will find the three additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a wall mounted HDTV. The 3rd has a queen bed.  Both are connected by the spacious Jack n Jill bath which features a separate room with the tub/shower and toilet. The 4th bedroom serves as the upstairs master bedroom suite. It has a king sized bed, a wall mounted HDTV, and spacious en suite bathroom. The bath has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks.

This great home is just a short walk to the Villages of Seabrook neighborhood pool and the Lake House, Seabrook Island's Property Owners facility. The Lake House has an outdoor pool (no fees) with a zero entry end and gentle water sprays making it great for little ones. If the weather is iffy, you might want to use the indoor pool or fitness center (fees apply). The Villages of Seabrook also has its own neighborhood pool for its owners and their guests. Situated on Palmetto Lake under the shade of Live Oak trees, this is a lovely retreat. The Club, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest and Island House dining, and golf are approximately 3.5 miles from the house. There is beach access all along Seabrook Island Road from the Club with the closest being about 2.5 miles from this lovely home.

* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. 
 

  • Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
 We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass.  Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).

Traveling with someone who has trouble navigating stairs? 2271 Seabrook Island Road has a stair chairlift that leads from the ground level to the 1st floor. The first floor master suite would be perfect for your guest. (Please note that the shower is not wheelchair accessible). 

This home is also pet friendly.  If you are traveling with your dog, an additional pet fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
