The sliding doors lead to the wonderful screened porch with comfortable seating and dinning area to relax. You will love watching the natural wonders of the tidal marsh that make Seabrook Island so unique.
Upstairs the master bedroom features a classic blue and white palette with a new king bed, updated en suite bath and sliding doors accessing an adorable private screened porch with comfortable Adirondack seating and a bistro table area with 2 chairs. There is a also a 32" HDTV Smart TV. The guest bedroom is just down the hall and features 2 twin beds set in coastal hues with a barn door leading into the updated en suite bath. There is a 37" Smart TV.. The bathroom has a single vanity with tub/shower combination.
All TVs are equipped with an Amazon HD Fire TV Stick for streaming. Hulu Live (ESPN, HGTV, Golf, local channels, etc.), Disney+, IMDb and CBS All Access are included. You may login to your Netflix account for access to additional Movies, TV shows, etc.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities . The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities.(outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
