This cottage is the quintessential island getaway with spectacular views of the 12th hole of Crooked Oaks golf course. The mid island location is perfect for accessing all of Seabrooks varied amenities.  

Set well back from the street and nestled on a beautiful wooded lot, you'll want to take advantage of the oversized deck spanning the back of the home. Once inside you'll be greeted by hard wood floors throughout, and a bright, light filled floor plan that has been completely updated.  The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, regular drip coffee pot, blender and hand mixer.  Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with sunny bay windows and seating for 6+.  The living room features cheery windows, a 55" HDTV for your entertainment and a ceiling fan.  Off the living room you'll find the finished sun room with panoramic windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook.  The sun room also has a  ceiling fan and built in bookcases.  What a perfect place to enjoy your day!  There is a door leading from the sun room to the deck that spans the back of the home with views of the golf course.  

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, Smart TV, and newly updated en suite bath.  The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, tiled shower, marble floor and hair dryer.  The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed with newly updated en suite bath.  This bathroom features a quartz vanity, tile floor and tiled shower.  The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en suite bath.  This bathroom also has a quartz topped vanity with tile floor and tub/shower combination.

There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well.  There is no access to the garage.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds.  If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.



For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:   For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
