We welcome you to stay at our beautiful, quiet beach house – perfect for family getaways. The owners of this home have updated this spacious, clean home that is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and located close to the beach club, golf, and other amenities. This home is a blend of comfort and function, with many spots to relax, retreat and entertain.

The open-space living room features a beautiful fireplace, elevated ceiling, abundant seating, natural light and a large TV. Off of the living room, the large eat-in kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and dishes. A propane grill sits on the deck, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while watching the deer and wildlife in the quiet yard. The laundry room and half bath are also located in the hallway.

The large master suite, conveniently located on the first floor features a comfortable king bed, TV, and a renovated bath: with walk-in shower, skylights that flood the room with natural light, and a double-sink vanity. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

The large third bedroom retreats off the kitchen living area over the garage and offers a king bed, a sofa sleeper, TV and ensuite bath.  Linens, towels, and a starter amenity pack (2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, small body soap, small hand soap, paper towels, some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, new kitchen sponge, and some garbage bags) are provided for your convenience.

The garage is attached to the home and has some bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon are available for your use. A large driveway features ample parking.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.  Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).  

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.  For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
