Located directly across from the Seabrook Island Beach Club and adjacent to the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds/Crooked Oaks golf courses.  From the expansive deck you can enjoy fabulous views of both Ocean Wind's 9th and 18th Greens. Grab your sunscreen and hit the beach to explore the 3.5 miles of sand and surf.  Just bring your own boards the condo's stay on the walls! Whatever your favorite activities might be you'll be delighted to start them from here.

Enter this beautifully updated villa and breathe in the salt air! You immediately sense the waves breaking on the shore just beyond your front door. The fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, shaker cabinets and a duo Keurig/Brew coffee maker. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and seating for 6.  A vaulted ceiling in the living area showcases one of two surfboards and adds to the open feel in the living room area. There is a large sectional sofa and 50" Smart HDTV waiting for you to kick back and relax. Head out the sliders and watch the golfers heading up the 9th and 18th fairways to putt on two greens. The deck area has a large table with seating for 6. Family dinners and memories will be shared here!

The villa has a guest bedroom en-suite. There are two queen beds with seagrass woven head boards, white furniture, ceiling fan and a 42" TV. The renovated bath has tile flooring, a shower/tub combo, and a laundry closet with full size stacked washer and dryer in the vanity area. This bedroom has sliding doors leading to the deck. Enjoy your afternoon cocktails or grab a beach read and sit back in the comfortable seating area. Two lovely rattan couch and two chaises make the perfect conversation spot. The golf course provides an extraordinary setting to watch golfers as well as the abundant wild life on Seabrook Island.  

The large master bedroom en-suite is beautifully updated. A king bed sits under the cathedral ceiling. The ceiling fan brings the beach breezes inside. A second surf board is mounted on the wall and there is a 42" TV for your enjoyment. Two swivel chairs are the perfect spot for morning coffee while you plan your day ahead.  Sliding doors access the deck. The updated bath has a tiled walk-in shower, marbled counters and a second vanity/dressing area.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
  • Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
  • Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
  • Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.  If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities:  outdoor, oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center are included in the rent.  Additional fees are charged for greens fees, court fees, and the Lake House fitness center & indoor pool.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
 
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
